Step 1 of 3: Read and agree to our affiliate program agreement.

1. Types of sites allowed

In order to join the affiliate program and promote Dicimall.com, your site must not contain or be considered as any of the following sites:
- Promote or contain any sexually explicit
  materials
- Promote violence
- Promote discrimination based on race,
  sex, religion, nationality, disability,
  sexual orientation, or age.
- Promote illegal activities.
- Contain any defamatory materials
- Violate intellectual property rights or
   violate local, state, federal or other law
   regulation.

2. Promotion of DiciMall.com

We will provide you with all the links and banners for you to place on your website. You may not alter any banners or logos without written permission from DiciMall.com

3. Processing of orders

We will process product orders placed by customers that follow links form your website to DiciMall.com
In order to ensure that you receive all commissions due to you from links on your website, make sure that the links have your affiliate ID in them.

4. Referral commissions

We will pay you $10 per sale for each customer purchase.
The commission rate is subject to change at anytime with our sole discretion. There are no commissions on DiciMall.com Travel, As Seen on TV and Computer Finance Store.

We will pay you on a monthly basis within 30 days following the end of each month. That means that the commission you made in October, will be sent to you at the end of November.

We will send you, your commissions through Paypal for commissions earned on the products shipped the preceeding month. If you do not have Paypal, please sign up for FREE at http://www.paypal.com

If the commissions you've made is less than $50, we will
hold that amount and send it the next month when you have made at least $50 in sales. If a product sale that generated a commission for you is returned, that amount will be deducted from your next month's commission.

5. Changes in Prices

We advise against putting links that quote prices from DiciMall.com since we might change the product price based on sales, promotions or both. We shall not be held accountable by any customer linking to us from your website, requesting a specific product price they might have seen at your website.

6. Tax Purposes

For those living in the United States, it is your responsibility to keep an account of your earnings and file your Federal and State Taxes based upon your earnings made through DiciMall.com

7. Disclaimer

-We do not guarantee any sales from your affiliation with DiciMall.com. Your success is based on your advertising efforts.
-Any confidential information about our pricing, etc. will remain confidential and not be used for any other purposes other than those stated in the information agreement.
-We will not be liable for any loss of revenue, special or consequential damages arising from connection to this agreement.
-You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DiciMall.com and all it's affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses whatsover.
-We reserve the right to modify this agreement if the need arises and at which time you will be notified of the changes.
