Products can be returned if found to be defective or if the customer is not satisfied. Items must be returned within 30 DAYS of purchase in its' original packaging. Please first send an email to customerservice@dicimall.com to notify us of your complaint before you return the defective/not-satisfied item to the return address on your package.
Please no cash refunds. We will credit your shopping account for the amount of purchase.
For Purchases over $100+, refunds will be $10 less, since customers were given $10 Cash back.
